The Turks learned to make Rakı in the 11th century. In 2004, Efe Raki was introduced to the world and sold out within 6 months due to overwhelming and unexpected demand. Today, Efe continues ancient traditions bringing this traditional Efe Raki, made with grape neutral spirits and anise.
