Working with organically farmed and family-owned vineyards such as the Wirth Ranch vineyard, they have found hidden gems that produce grapes from heritage farms such as the Valdiguié. This Mockvin du Broc Rose is an excellent example from this appellation. Inspired by the Macvin fortified wines of the Jura region of France, the grapes are foot-stomped and the juice is fortified with brandy distilled from the same grape.
