From the vineyard called “Vigna Campo Piano,” the vines are approximately 30 years old and planted to 2.6 hectares of clay soils. The grapes are selected one month before harvest, which takes place on August 25th, and allowed to macerate for eight hours in stainless steel. Hand-harvesting is done in two passes, the first is used to build the ambient yeast for the remainder that is to be harvested. The entire fermentation lasts a total of 20 days in stainless steel with temperature control. Aged for six months on the lees with stirring once a week.

Abdullah was interested in winemaking and through observational learning with Mersel's wine maker Eddie, he developed this red still wine and named it after his wife - Hanan. Abdullah's dream is to go back to Syria and establish his own winery there. The wine is a dream for a prosperous and borderless future. It's an investment in the winery that Richi will also establish in Syria, utilizing the country's profundity of native grapes, supporting and uplifting communities, all while also healing a country that is rebuilding. Organic, Natural, no fining or filtering. 100% Sabbagheih (also known as Marini, a rare indigenous Lebanese grape) Sabbagheih means "dye" or "stain" in Arabic, since it produces a very dark juice. Very small batch Lebanese wine made by a nomadic Lebanese winemaker, Rami Bassil El-Sabban, who borrows space from Château Cana and Mersel wineries. This red is round, rich and dry. Full bodied with notes of balsamic, plum, and jallab (a type of fruit syrup made from carob, dates, grape molasses, and rose water). A blend of two seperate tanks of Sabbaghieh. The first tank being a late harvest Sabbaghieh (40%) blended with a slightly less ripe Sabbaghieh (60%), which was macerated on its skins for just over a week and a half. Both were fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks before assemblage.

Modern wine-making equipment was introduced in 1997. The production and sale of Cremisan wines support the work of the Salesian Monks in the Holy Land. Stylish and laidback, Gassier offers a glimpse into the bohemian lifestyle. This Côtes de Provence from the Sainte-Victoire is vinified using direct pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas in the fruit. Gassier is a delicately pale wine in shades of peach. The nose is very expressive with fruity notes such as white peach and fragrant white pomelo. A well-balanced, smooth wine, with lovely peachy aromas, superb length and notes of yuzu zest on the finish. Gassier makes the perfect partner for a salmon and mango poke bowl, pan-seared shrimp skewers, Provençal vegetables à la plancha, or quite simply as an aperitif.

Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. L'Arack De Musar 750ml The Chateau Musar Arack is made from grape alcohol with an average age of five years. Traditionally, arak is distilled twice, the anise seeds are added in the third distillation. L'arack de Musar is unique in that it is distilled four times with the addition of anis seeds during the 4th distillation. After distillation, it is aged for one year in terracotta amphora's which contribute to its licorice aroma. It is customary to add water to Arack when serving it as a digestif, but L'arack de Musar can be enjoyed without water. It is surprisingly smooth, sweet and very easy to drink. The additional distillation results in a very pure and sophisticated Arack.

Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. Vegan, Organic, Natural. Château Musar Jeune Blanc 2022 is crisp & clear with aromas of peach & apricot and a herby (thyme and oregano) mineral character. Fruit and minerality are the main qualities of this wine but the 2022 vintage also has an impressive gentle but full bodied texture. Serve lightly chilled with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine or as an aperitif with olives and charcuterie.

Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. Vegan, Organic, Natural. Musar Jeune Red is an unoaked blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from youthful Bekaa Valley vines. Meant for current consumption – within a few years of the harvest – this deeply-colored, vividly fruity style, first produced in 2007, may yet prove to be a ‘keeper’. Deep purple beetroot colour with a nose and palate of more red fruits than black; strawberries and cherries. Unoaked, with a savoury, earthy depth and a touch of spice and black pepper. It is an elegant wine with layers of taste and lots of potential to age and develop. Dry & Light to Medium Body and very fruity. No need to decant; enjoy straight from the bottle at between 60-62°F with grilled meat, charcuterie and mature cheeses. This wine is suited for vegans as it is not fined nor filtered.

Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. Vegan, Organic, Natural. 2020. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, Hochar Père et Fils Reds are suitable for vegans; they’re also richly-textured and likely to produce deposits in bottle. This is a feature of most fine wines. Ideally, the wine could be decanted (discarding any sediment) up to one hour before serving at between 16-18°C. This wine is an ideal choice for casseroles, roasted meats, tuna steaks and Mediterranean dishes. Deep burgundy in color with transparent layers showing evidence of Grenache in the blend. Ripe red cherry fruit with plums, dates, mulberries and tea leaves. It is Mediterranean on the palate with sweet tannins and spices. It becomes even better and more refined a day after the bottle is opened. The red wines of 2020 are wines of taste and concentration and the Hochar Red of this year is no exception.

Levantine (adjective): ‘relating to the Eastern Mediterranean’ – is produced from our organically certified vineyards in the western Bekaa Valley. The wine is an unoaked, small production wine from low yielding vineyards. This red is elegant and vibrant displaying fragrant and complex flavors and aromas of red fruit. A deep ruby colored full bodied red, vibrant and elegant displaying red fruit aromas and flavors. Red cherries, mulberry, plum and tobacco with a hint of dates – it is a richly fruited wine with developed tannins and a long finish. The 2022 vintage has great potential for the years ahead. Was just released in Spring 2025.

An equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Carignan The 2018 vintage has a deep garnet color in the glass with dried cherries and mature red fruits on the nose. The palate is rich and concentrated with cranberries, raisins, and dates; there is good acidity with fine tannins. It has an enticing smoky, dusty fruit with soft licorice undertones and at 6 years of age upon release, it is already developed and mature. No fining or filtering. Cellared well, it will age beautifully for up to for decades.

Malvasia, Chardonnay & Plavina It is a wine made by classic metoda from Malvazija, Chardonnay and Istrian Plavina harvested by hand. Style of the wine defines Plavina, old istrian variety which is adapted for production of sparkling wines because it does not have big concentraton of the sugar but it has high acidity that gives extraordinary conditions to produce this kind of the wine.

This initiative was born from the destruction of cannabis crops and the opportunity to create a new legal livelihood for local growers. The microclimate of Lebanon's Bekaa Valley is ideal for growing wine grapes. This exquisite blend of 60% Viognier, 20% Chardonnay and 20% indigenous Obiedy. With an enticing nose of exotic fruit, white flowers and a pleasing minerality on the palate. Pair beautifully with grilled fish, goat cheese or traditional Mezze.

Two generations work side by side today to make and age their wines and Cavas such as this Dibon Cava Brut. Made by blending the grape varieties of Xarello, Macabeo (also known as Viura) and Parellada, it has the classic pale color of a well-made cava. Organic and Vegan. Expect fruity aromas of apple and pear reminiscent of a young fresh wine. On the palate, dry, crisp and light-bodied with supple stone fruit flavors, mild minerality and balanced acidity.
