La Ferme La Petite Ferme Rouge Red
Zaer, Morocco. Organic. This Moroccan red wine features hand-harvested Merlot and Marselan grapes. La Ferme Rouge’s history is intimately coupled with Morocco’s contemporary wine history. In 1908 the estate's configuration was mapped, and in 1933 their first vintage was produced. Fast forward to 2009 when the estate’s wine production renaissance began after the complete restoration of their original architecture. Located in the heart of the A.O.G. Zaërs region, their vines are grown on ancient sand, red clay along with limestone and shale soils creating wines of structure and intense minerality. For this red wine, the aroma has ripe red fruits like raspberry and currants. On the palate, dry, elegant, refined with a silky texture. Zaer, Morocco. Organic. From Zaër, Morroco, a deep purple red with blackcurrant, violet, and mocha on the nose. Floral notes with Red Berries (Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, Black Cherry) and a hint of jam. Supple tannins with a slight peppery finish. La Ferme Terre Blanche
Zaer, Morocco. Organic. The 2022 Terre Blanche from La Ferme Rouge is composed of organically farmed Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. The nose displays aromas of acacia flowers and citrus fruits, with a touch of apricot and white peaches. This aromatic complexity quickly gives way to a lively attack on the palate leading to round, mouthfilling flavors and a dry, elegant finish. La Ferme Rouge was founded as a vineyard and olive orchard in 1908. The winery was started in 1933. Located in the Zaer region of Morocco, about 45 kilometers from the Atlantic ocean and at an elevation of 450 meters, the vineyards benefit from cool ocean breezes. Grapes are organically farmed, hand-picked, pressed gently and fermented in temperature-regulated concrete vats. Zaer, Morocco. Organic. This organic white wine features a blend of grapes grown in Morocco. La Ferme Rouge’s history is intimately coupled with Morocco’s contemporary wine history. In 1908 the estate's configuration was mapped, and in 1933 their first vintage was produced. Fast forward to 2009 when the estate’s wine production renaissance began after the complete restoration of their original architecture. Located in the heart of the A.O.G. Zaërs region, their vines are grown on ancient sand, red clay along with limestone and shale soils creating wines of structure and intense minerality. This aromatic and pure white wine is made with 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Vermentino grapes. The color is pale yellow with green tints. The fresh and elegant nose greets you with floral notes and white fruit aromas. On the palate, unripe honeydew, orange zest and wet stone lead you to a soft and refreshing finish.
