For this wine the winemakers sun dry the grapes for about 2 weeks and only get about 30% yield. They do not press the grapes at all. The wine is fruit forward, clean, very fresh and dry, with notes of honey and orange marmalade.

Beaujolais, France. In the hamlet of Le Breuil, deep in the southern Beaujolais and perched above a narrow creek, the Domaine Dupeuble has been running almost continuously since 1512. The name of the domaine has changed just three times in its history, most recently when the last heir, Anna Asmaquer, married Jules Dupeuble in 1919. Today their grandson Damien manages the domaine along with his wife, brothers, sons, and daughter. Kermit first met Damien for lunch in Paris in the late 1980s, and thus began the annual tradition of blending the KLWM Beaujolais Nouveau. 100% Gamay, Fresh, Juicy and Light with low tannins and classic aromas of raspberry and violet with dark fruit, mild pepper, cinnamon and strawberries on the palate. Stylish and laidback, Gassier offers a glimpse into the bohemian lifestyle. This Côtes de Provence from the Sainte-Victoire is vinified using direct pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas in the fruit. Gassier is a delicately pale wine in shades of peach. The nose is very expressive with fruity notes such as white peach and fragrant white pomelo. A well-balanced, smooth wine, with lovely peachy aromas, superb length and notes of yuzu zest on the finish. Peloponnese, Greece. The Gaia Monograph Agiorgitiko is a Greek red made with 100% Agiorgitiko grapes. With careful winemaking a complex and pleasant red wine, characterized by a red-purple color, with aromas of medium intensity, unique clarity and finesse is created. Relatively complex for its youth, aromas oscillate between red grapes, pomegranate and butterscotch. A particularly smooth taste, with soft tannins and a fruity aftertaste. Rouvalis is a gravity-flow winery making memorable wines since 1990. Mantinia, Greece. Organic, Natural. The history of the Troupis Winery begins in 2010, when the family decided to invest in their own winery. Lombardia, Italy. Organic. Natural. Unfined & Unfiltered. Sustainable. 2023. A beautiful 100% Pinot Grigio, finely balanced and elegant. From the vineyard called “Vigna Campo Piano,” the vines are approximately 30 years old and planted to 2.6 hectares of clay soils. The grapes are selected one month before harvest, which takes place on August 25th, and allowed to macerate for eight hours in stainless steel. Hand-harvesting is done in two passes, the first is used to build the ambient yeast for the remainder that is to be harvested. The entire fermentation lasts a total of 20 days in stainless steel with temperature control. Aged for six months on the lees with stirring once a week.

Therefore they only make the Grappa from the best, which happens only 3-4 months of the year. The round merriment of an orange grove under the spring sun. Traditionally, arak is distilled twice, the anise seeds are added in the third distillation. L'arack de Musar is unique in that it is distilled four times with the addition of anis seeds during the 4th distillation. After distillation, it is aged for one year in terracotta amphora's which contribute to its licorice aroma. It is customary to add water to Arack when serving it as a digestif, but L'arack de Musar can be enjoyed without water. It is surprisingly smooth, sweet and very easy to drink. The additional distillation results in a very pure and sophisticated Arack.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, Hochar Père et Fils Reds are suitable for vegans; they’re also richly-textured and likely to produce deposits in bottle. This is a feature of most fine wines. Zaer, Morocco. Organic. The 2022 Terre Blanche from La Ferme Rouge is composed of organically farmed Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. The nose displays aromas of acacia flowers and citrus fruits, with a touch of apricot and white peaches. La Ferme Rouge was founded as a vineyard and olive orchard in 1908. The winery was started in 1933. Following the tradition initiated by Italian Brother, Ermenegildo Lamon, Cremisan Brandy is made through a slow double distillation using a unique local indigenous white grape to Palestine, Dabouki. Cremisan Brandy is produced at the Cremisan Winery and Distillery in Beit Jala, Bethlehem, Palestine founded in 1885. Locally harvested, dry farmed Dabouki grapes are fermented into a base wine and twice distilled. The spirit is aged for 35 years in Italian oak barrels before bottling. Rich, full Brandy with aromas of toffee, sultana, salted caramel, and orange marmalade. Flavor of peanut brittle, coffee, vanilla and caramel follow through with a deliciously oily texture; weighty and rich.

This Mockvin du Broc Rose is an excellent example from this appellation. Inspired by the Macvin fortified wines of the Jura region of France, the grapes are foot-stomped and the juice is fortified with brandy distilled from the same grape. The result is an intensely aromatic wine with layers of red, black, and blue fruit. Already showing notes of cacao and cinnamon, The 2018 vintage has both more earth and more fruit than the 2017, and the longer growing season allowed for a more developed tannin structure and a more layered fruit profile.
