The roots of Caruso & Minini harken back to the late 1800’s when Antonio Caruso bought the company to grow grapes for the nearby Marsala factories. In 2004, Stefano Caruso met Mario Minini and together they built a family winery. Today, Stefano and his daughters Giovanna and Rosanna work side by side to create unique wines using indigenous Sicilian grapes like this Inzolia Zoli which is characterized by intense and elegant fragrances. This white wine is clean and graceful, its intense bouquet expresses soft refinement and depth. The palate is fruity, crisp and soft. In one’s mouth it is persistent and intense. Roberto’s mission on his land began in 2017 - to respect the environment, with socially fair, safe and sustainable actions across every aspect of his work. His vineyards are managed according to the rules of organic and biodynamic agriculture. A total of 22 hectares of paradise, 4 of which are vineyards, and the rest are woods, wheat and olive trees. The company extends on the slopes of the extinct volcanic complex of Roccamonfina, in the territory of Sessa Aurunca in Campania and overlooks the Gulf of Gaeta. The loose soils of volcanic origin at 280 meters above sea level are ideal for the vineyard that has been cultivated here since ancient times, as these are the lands of Falerno, the most precious wine for the Romans. The proximity to the sea with its breezes is a further characteristic of the territory.

Lombardia, Italy. Organic. Natural. Unfined & Unfiltered. Sustainable. 2023. A beautiful 100% Pinot Grigio, finely balanced and elegant. From the vineyard called “Vigna Campo Piano,” the vines are approximately 30 years old and planted to 2.6 hectares of clay soils. The grapes are selected one month before harvest, which takes place on August 25th, and allowed to macerate for eight hours in stainless steel. Hand-harvesting is done in two passes, the first is used to build the ambient yeast for the remainder that is to be harvested. The entire fermentation lasts a total of 20 days in stainless steel with temperature control. Aged for six months on the lees with stirring once a week.

Veneto, Italy. Po di Poli Grappa is a single vineyard Grappa made from Moscato grapes. Super smooth, they do not store the grape musts like most distillers do. Therefore they only make the Grappa from the best, which happens only 3-4 months of the year. The round merriment of an orange grove under the spring sun.
