Dry red with dark, brooding notes of ripe plum and blackberry, combined with vanilla and cedar mark the nose. The palate is packed with concentrated flavors of ripe blackberries along with notes of smoke, cedar and spice. A robust, full bodied red with overt yet balanced notes of barrel maturation. Woody and masculine. Perfect for charred foods such as barbecue or a hearty steak.
