Marin is the CEO, founder and chief beekeeper of this wonderful establishment. She started beekeeping as a hobby and grew into a business of small-batch hand-packed honey. The honey is the star ingredient infused into their handcrafted spirits. The herbaceous spirit Crimson Amaro is naturally red colored with cochineal and was inspired by traditional Italian Amari. Created in their distillery in Long Eddy, NY, a base of Pollinator Vodka is infused with a secret blend of more than 15 botanicals, among them juniper, wormwood, sage, angelica, gentian, and orris root.
