Pressed into PVC tank for spontaneous primary fermentation, and macerated on the skins for seven days before secondary malolactic fermentation. Aged in PVC tank. Notes of dried apricots and white river rocks. Fun and easy drinking. Notes of orange marmalade, juicy apricot, peach and pineapple. Medium body and dry.
