Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. Cuvee de Printemps is a Beaujolais style blend of Gamay and Tempranillo made with semi carbonic maceration keeping the juice light and vibrant. Château Ksara was founded in 1857 by Jesuit Priests who produced the country's first dry red wine. In 1898, a milestone was reached in Ksara's history when a grotto - an artificial cave - dating back to the Roman era was fortuitously discovered at the site. The caves - which now run for two kilometers - form part of Ksara's cellar network today. A young red meant to be enjoyed within a few years of bottling. Serve chilled, pair with pizza, salad or traditional meze.
