Winemaker: Karlen Manaseryan From Northeast Armenia near the Georgian border, the vineyards of Tavush yield crisp and energetic Lalvari grapes which produce this methode ancestrale wine. Hand harvested and with a hands-off approach, this white pet nat is lively, light and refreshing, with forest green apple dominating the nose and citrus and herb on the palate. Gently invert the bottle before opening to awaken natural sediments and add complexity. Pair with fish, fresh vegetables, and cheesy dishes.
