Their wines are made simply and naturally with very little or no sulfites, unfiltered and unfined using organic farming methods, resulting in a true expression of terroir. This organic LebNat PetNat Rosé wine comes from the indigenous 150-yea -old vine Merwah (20%) and Sangiovese (80%) grapes. The Pétillant Naturel wine is inspired by the God of Wine, Bacchus, whose temple is found in Baalbek. The profile of this lightly sparkling, crisp, clean and dry rosé wine is redolent with fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries with an herbal hint.
