Made by blending the grape varieties of Xarello, Macabeo (also known as Viura) and Parellada, it has the classic pale color of a well-made cava. Organic and Vegan. Expect fruity aromas of apple and pear reminiscent of a young fresh wine. On the palate, dry, crisp and light-bodied with supple stone fruit flavors, mild minerality and balanced acidity.
