Marin is the CEO, founder and chief beekeeper of this wonderful establishment. She started beekeeping as a hobby and grew this into a business that created small-batch hand-packed honey. This honey is the star ingredient infused into their handcrafted spirits. This aromatic Pollinator Gin is a grain-to-grass spirit distilled from non-GMO NY State corn and their wildflower honey. Infusions of juniper berries and pollinator-friendly botanicals such as verbena, chamomile and angelica are followed by a proofing down with pure, mineral-rich Catskill Mountain Spring Water.
