Kavala, Greece. Organic, Vegan. Single vineyard and estate bottled, the winery is located in an old olive grove. This dry white is fruit forward, aromatic, floral and round. A clean nose of lemon blossoms, with piquant spices and herbs, citrus and some white-fleshed fruit, the essence of brioche bread and fresh cut grass. High acidity in the mouth and a medium volume in the body, dominated by citrus and floral white-fleshed fruit and spicy minerality. Very pleasant aftertaste with mineral, lemony and spicy characteristics and some green fruit. Try it with seafood.
