Peloponnese, Greece. The Gaia Monograph Agiorgitiko is a Greek red made with 100% Agiorgitiko grapes. With careful winemaking a complex and pleasant red wine, characterized by a red-purple color, with aromas of medium intensity, unique clarity and finesse is created. Relatively complex for its youth, aromas oscillate between red grapes, pomegranate and butterscotch. A particularly smooth taste, with soft tannins and a fruity aftertaste. Very easy to drink and not too dry. Pair it with cuisine of medium or even high intensity or on its own as an aperitif.
