Santorini, Greece. Staff fav! On our recent trip to Santorini, we discovered this amazing rose. The winery describes this wine as "dangerous" since it is so easy to drink. It is also known as a "breakfast wine!". This wine is very light, dry, watermelon & strawberry forward. Great with Italian food or to bring on the beach. Grapes are harvested by hand. 60% Assyrtiko, 40% Mandilaria.
