Brooklyn, New York, USA. Natural. Black is a Nocino made 100% from foraged black walnuts from the Hudson Valley. This is their newest batch, released in December 2024. They spend about a week foraging in the Hudson Valley, drive the walnuts to Brooklyn, chop them up and macerated them in a steel tank for 9 months, then rack off the liquid, sweeten it with raw, organic sugar, and then let it rest for another 9 months in steel tank as well as glass demijohns that we leave in the windows of our distillery to soak up the sun!
