Organic, Sustainable. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Carignan, 15% Cinsault A winery built around a UNESCO ‘Biosphere Reserve’, where it’s the stomping ground for anything between migratory birds to water buffaloes. One of the few remaining protected lands in Lebanon making incredible wines. Each bottle of Reserve Ammiq reflects the soul of this land: pure, expressive, and unrestrained. Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention, we allow nature to lead the way, letting the terroir reveal its true essence without added yeast or artifice. Reserve Ammiq Cuvée has the main characteristics of a Cabernet Sauvignon, rich in tannins with dark fruit aroma and black pepper flavour. With the Cinsault and Carignan we add colour, acidity, to have a greater sugar/acidity balance. The Reserve Ammiq Cuvée is aged in bottle for one year. Medium body, rich in tannins with dark fruit aromas and black pepper. Decant before serving.
