This initiative was born from the destruction of cannabis crops and the opportunity to create a new legal livelihood for local growers. The microclimate of Lebanon's Bekaa Valley is ideal for growing wine grapes. A beautiful blend of 50% Cinsault, 30% Syrah, 10% Grenache and 10% Carignan. An expressive nose with floral and citrus aromas, a fresh acidy on the palate and a crisp finish. Pair with first courses or grilled chicken.
