The roots of Caruso & Minini harken back to the late 1800’s when Antonio Caruso bought the company to grow grapes for the nearby Marsala factories. In 2004, Stefano Caruso met Mario Minini and together they built a family winery. Today, Stefano and his daughters Giovanna and Rosanna work side by side to create unique wines using indigenous Sicilian grapes like this Inzolia Zoli which is characterized by intense and elegant fragrances. This white wine is clean and graceful, its intense bouquet expresses soft refinement and depth. The palate is fruity, crisp and soft. In one’s mouth it is persistent and intense. Try this with mushroom pasta dishes, baked or grilled fish and white meats. 750 ml
