Lemesos, Cyprus. Natural. 13% ABV, 750ml. Bottled by a family-owned winery in Cyprus, this dry white sparkling pet nat is made of 100% Xynisteri grapes. This ancient varietal is almost exclusively grown in Cyprus. Disgorged by hand, an incredible amount of labor goes into creating these fine, creamy bubbles and notes of grapefruit, blood orange, lemongrass & thyme. Only 100 cases were made — and Sahadi Spirits is one of the only places where you can secure a bottle!
