The Brooklyn distillery was founded by two friends, Aaron Sing and Daniel de al Nuez, and they use only plant-based ingredients drawing from their botanical library of over 200 herbs, roots, barks, leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds to create their spirits. Sweetened with organic turbinado sugars or raw honey from upstate New York, almost every ingredient is USDA organically certified unless sourced from small farmers without such certifications. This Forthave Brown Coffee Liqueur is a coffee liqueur made in collaboration with our friends at Café Integral. It is made with a single origin coffee bean –pacamará ambar– grown by Don Sergio Ortez in Nicaragua and roasted in Brooklyn. It is a combination of a cold brew extraction and a ground bean maceration. Serve neat after dinner or mix into cocktails. 24% ABV / 375 ml
