Aegean Region, Turkey Sweet dessert wine from Pasaeli Winery. 100% Sultaniye. 2021. Sourced from the Aegean region of Denizil. Hand harvested and then partially sun-dried for 2 weeks. Slow native fermentation for 3 months in stainless steel. Aged sur lie for 6 months in stainless steel. Very sweet, pair with baklava!
