Our Blended Bourbon is a whiskey for nearly every occasion: complex enough for sipping, robust enough for cocktails and highballs, yet approachable enough to accompany a cold beer. While many blended whiskeys dilute straight whiskeys with neutral spirits, ours are always blended from mature bourbon, rye, malt, and corn whiskeys made in house, with the details of each blend posted on our website. With a flavor profile between pot still Irish whiskey and traditional bourbon, this bottle speaks to its New York City roots and looks to the future of American whiskey.

We start with our moonshine base infused with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, black peppercorns, clove, and star anise. The raw, dried spices are infused in a steel tank over a process that can take 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the climate, with no artificial flavors or added sugar. If Fireball cinnamon whiskey is going to exist, what if we offered something a little more grown-up? Full of winter spices, this is a great addition to cider, toddies, and egg nog
