Bethlehem, Palestine. It's back! Following the tradition initiated by Italian Brother, Ermenegildo Lamon, Cremisan Brandy is made through a slow double distillation using a unique local indigenous white grape to Palestine, Dabouki. Cremisan Brandy is produced at the Cremisan Winery and Distillery in Beit Jala, Bethlehem, Palestine founded in 1885. Locally harvested, dry farmed Dabouki grapes are fermented into a base wine and twice distilled. The spirit is aged for 35 years in Italian oak barrels before bottling. Rich, full Brandy with aromas of toffee, sultana, salted caramel, and orange marmalade. Flavor of peanut brittle, coffee, vanilla and caramel follow through with a deliciously oily texture; weighty and rich.

Veneto, Italy. Po di Poli Grappa is a single vineyard Grappa made from Moscato grapes. Super smooth, they do not store the grape musts like most distillers do. Therefore they only make the Grappa from the best, which happens only 3-4 months of the year. The round merriment of an orange grove under the spring sun. Aromatic Grappa, traditional bain-marie distilled. Its aroma recalls a basket with oranges, tangerines and a slice of pineapple. Drink in a tulip-shaped glass.

Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. From Lebanon's oldest winery, this eau-de-vie de vin is a brandy distilled following the traditional Cognac method, blending six different vintages and matured for an average of nine years in new oak barrels from Limousin. Production is limited to only 2,000 bottles per year. It is Best drunk as a digestif. With a bright, golden color, it is indulgent and fruity. Notes of fresh fruits such as pear and apricot evolve into hints of hazelnut and almond, with touches of vanilla, giving way to licorice and incense.
